Now you have come to the page, Choose variable. This page give you the oportunity to select which variables and values you want to display in your result of the table. A variable is a property of a statistical unit. The page is divided into several boxes, one for each variable, where you can select values by click to highlight one or more values. It always starts with the statistics variable which is the main value counted in the table.

1. Plačilna bilanca je statističen prikaz ekonomskih transakcij med rezidenti določenega gospodarstva ter nerezidenti, ki potekajo v določenem časovnem obdobju. 2. Plačilna bilanca se deli na tri glavne račune:
- tekoči račun, ki vključuje menjavo blaga, menjavo storitev, primarne in sekundarne dohodke,
- kapitalski račun, ki vključuje pridobitve/odtujitve neproizvedenih nefinančnih imetij,
- in finančni račun, ki vključuje neposredne naložbe, vrednostne papirje, finančne derivative, rezervna imetja in ostale naložbe.

3. Podrobnejši opis metodologije se nahaja v Biltenu Banke Slovenije. Po preteku leta se podatki spreminjajo v skladu z revizijsko politiko.
