Razvrščene terjatve bank, ki so v zamudi več kot 90 dni, se od maja 2012 dalje poročajo po pravilu iz Navodila za izvajanje Sklepa o poročanju monetarnih finančnih institucij, po katerem zamuda začne teči, ko je presežen prag pomembne kreditne obveznosti v zamudi, tj. ko vsota vseh zapadlih obveznosti dolžnika do banke presega 2% črpane izpostavljenosti do tega dolžnika ali 50.000 EUR, vendar ni manjša kot 200 EUR. Prag pomembne kreditne obveznosti v zamudi se sicer z Delegirano uredbe Komisije (EU) 2018/171, s katero se morajo banke uskladiti najpozneje do konca leta 2020, spreminja.
